THE CHOICE
WARRANTY
The owners of CHOICE AUTO PAINTING
& COLLISION CENTER are proud to present to our customers
our own exclusive warranty. Please read the warranty and
if you have any questions regarding your particular repairs
just ask us and we’ll be glad to explain further. All
repairs, workmanship, materials, paint, labor and parts are
warranted for at least 1 year.
PAINT SERVICES
All
complete Paint Services are warranted for the following items:
WRINKLING - a condition whereby the paint buckles causing a
shriveled appearance. PEELING- a condition where the new
paint film loses its adhesion to the surface to which it is
applied. FADING - a condition that exhibits an overall
loss of gloss to the degree that waxing no longer restores a
shine. CHALKING - a condition where the surface appears
dull and exhibits an overall “chalky” look.
CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY THIS
WARRANTY
Any conditions not related to the
quality of workmanship and materials used. This would
include: Items not repaired prior to painting such as
cracking, peeling, and body damage. Bumpers and rubber
fillers are excluded due to frequency of contact with other
vehicles. Conditions caused by physical damage to the new
finish that results in chipping, peeling, spotting, staining,
or discoloration. These conditions often times are caused
by corrosive spills on the surface, tree sap, bird droppings,
and acid rain.
Choice
Auto Painting & Collision Center cannot be held liable for
any consequential damages as a result of this
warranty. This includes any expenses incurred while
having warranty work performed on paint and body
repairs.
SPOT PAINTING
All
spot paint repairs are warranted against defects in
workmanship, peeling, fading, chalking, and wrinkling for a
period of 12 months from date of purchase.
FRAME, UNIBODY & STRUCTURAL
REPAIRS
All frame, unibody and structural
repairs done to your vehicle are warranted for as long as you
own your vehicle. This warranty is offered only to
customers who elect to restore their accident damaged vehicle
to pre-accident condition. Any repair options selected in
order to economize may effect this warranty, and notations on
the repair order will supersede any warranty description
covered herein.
MECHANICAL
REPAIRS
Labor on all mechanical repairs are
warranted for a period of 1 year. All new parts
warranties from the manufacturer will be honored.
RUST REPAIRS
All
rust repairs done with replacement of O.E.M. parts are covered
for the life of your paint service. All rust repairs with
new metal welded in place are covered for 1 year. All
rust repairs not listed above are covered for 90
days.
